Discover
The journey toward your new custom home begins with our Discovery Meeting. We’ll meet you on-site at the property to explore your vision, discuss inspirations, and evaluate the lot’s feasibility including any infrastructure or budget implications. Bring along photos, sketches or design ideas — we want to understand exactly what excites you.
Design & Budget
With your vision established, we move into Design & Budget. Here, our designer works closely with you — and we stay involved throughout — to ensure your ideas are maintained while we keep an eye on budget.
If you already have plans, we’re happy to integrate them. When everything is at the bid-set stage, we pause to complete a detailed cost estimate. Once the numbers look great, we finalize the plans and begin permitting
Build
Now the fun begins: your home moves from idea to reality. Many factors determine the start date — financing, permitting, HOAs — but once we’re underway, things pick up quickly.
At Riverbend Homes, we set ourselves apart by placing a high value on manageable project loads: we don’t overcommit. That means faster build times for you and lower interest costs if you’re financing the process.
